IronReg

Verified SEC disclosure evidence, inside your Claude.

A hosted MCP server that turns SEC comment letters, the staff's actual asks, and the regulations themselves into compact, citation-grounded evidence — for drafting and reviewing MD&A. private beta

What your Claude can do with IronReg

Filing access — resolve issuer, list filings, pull MD&A sections deterministically
Peer intelligence — comparable issuers, section deltas with cited peer excerpts
Regulatory grounding — search Reg S-K / S-X with verified rule text
Comment intelligence — staff precedent, what the SEC is asking lately, trends
Advisory drafting — anchored, citation-backed suggestions (never a rewrite)
Audit — expand any evidence card, explain why it was retrieved

Every answer is a bounded, token-budgeted evidence pack with verified-only citations — never raw documents, never a compliance conclusion.

Request access

IronReg is in a private beta with a small group of design partners. Access is invite-only while we harden the product with practicing securities lawyers.

Request access

A short note about your practice and filing calendar is plenty.

For early-access partners — connect IronReg to Claude
  1. In Claude → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Name it IronReg and use this URL:

https://mcp.ironreg.ai/mcp

  1. Claude discovers OAuth, registers, and shows a consent screen.
  2. Paste your IronReg access key once. Claude gets a 30-day token; the key is never stored in the client and never appears in a URL.

Access keys are issued to design partners only. If you don't have one, use the request-access link above.

IronReg serves only public SEC / eCFR sources. Draft text is processed in memory and never persisted. Evidence is advisory and is not legal advice.
